I am ambivalent about Carson. Or perhaps it's better to say that I have no strong feeling one way or the other. But I do miss his will to the decentered and the chaotic -- everything these daze is so neo-classical.
It's funny how design writers and critics took his work so seriously.Design critic: "Why did you put black text on a black boot"Carson: "I didn't see the prints. It's a mistake!"
The riff in the last lecture where you talked about infinity was great. "Infinite possibilities doesn't mean anything is possible." Around that part.
