Actually I think lecture 21 is there, but possibly mislabeled. I downloaded it from the website, and after playing it I recalled having listened to it already. That's as far as I investigated.
There is no 19 or 20. Blasted students are but wee babes, and needed their Spring Break resties! As to 21, you can just get it from Berkeley, as its not on iTunes. Sigh.
