Although this should be an academic comment I just can't help thinking I WANT A HOTDOG to go with all that ketchup mustard mayo and relish strewn across walls and floors. I swear dude must've been very hungry when he conceptualized this work.
In the Freud with the naked guy and the smock woman, he's not looking out at (or confronting) the viewer and she doesn't have her eyes closed. Seems more like they are both looking somewhere down where there's paint oozing out of the tube she has her foot on.
